At Kashesh Store, we deliver to every area of the Sultanate of Oman with free delivery and Cash on Delivery.

1. Free Delivery Across Oman

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum order amount and no hidden fees. We deliver to all governorates of Oman.

2. Order Confirmation

After you place your order, our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order details and address. Please keep your phone available. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

• Processing: usually within 1 business day after confirmation.
• Delivery: usually 2–5 business days after confirmation.
• Remote areas, public holidays, bad weather or high-demand periods may take a little longer.

4. Cash on Delivery

You pay in cash when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready if possible. Check the outer package in front of the courier before paying.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier will call you before delivery. If you cannot be reached or are not available, the courier will try again. After repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned and cancelled.

6. Correct Address & Phone Number

Please make sure your name, phone number and full address (governorate, wilayat, area and nearby landmark) are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, please see our Return & Refund Policy. An unboxing video is required for all claims.
